FB was working fine for me about an hour ago, now it has logged me out. On IG I'm still logged in but it says can't refresh feed and all I see are posts at least a day old.

It looks like I've been logged out of Facebook too. I don't know my password and the email I used when I signed up was a work email address from three jobs ago. I guess I'm SOL. If the Russian hacker who takes over my FB account posts a status update more than once a decade, people will know it's not really me.
