Very rare. Fredi G is tight with Bobby Cox. Hart is interim GM, and Bobby is on some kind of 3 man committee to determine something. I wouldn't be surprised if they appoint Hart or Cox as permanent GM and give Fredi another year. New park opens in 2017. Missing the playoffs isn't good for business.

Sounds about right. What's going to happen to the old park? Don't they have a wall out in the parking lot where Hank Aaron hit 715?

Georgia State is going to turn Turner Field into a football stadium, and build a baseball stadium on the site of the old Fulton County Stadium.
