Maybe we should merge all the Oregon threads, but I'm thinking it helps when half the O-line is not playing. If its true that they also weren't running Mariota, how would Dantonio know that he isn't going to run, although I think he did against us? That would be a tendency that is picked up after 3 or 4 games, not after 1 game. MSU had to prepare for an offense they normally don't have to prepare for, plus travel across 3 times zones. Zona doesn't have the time zone issues. I think that MSU screwed up by waiting until Thursday to go out west, and thought they should have done it Monday or Tuesday.

I don't know what their relationship is. Dantonio often visits with other staffs to learn. The guy who shut down Oregon two years in a row has to be at the top of the list
