I think I'm going to go for the $15 in red bull products. No idea if this is limited to a certain amount of people, but I know I've been misled by their horrible marketing! It looks like this won't get paid out until this time next year, but be kinda nice to get a voucher or $10 for doing nothing.

It appears that Red Bull felt that the cost of litigating was greater than the cost of the settlement. I doubt that the suit has anything to do with people believing that they would grow wings as the article tries to suggest. It's likely that the Red Bull legal team felt there was enough merit in the case to make it cost prohibitive to litigate.

In order to sue, the South Park meme of "They took our jobs" must be used to evaluate the case. In this particular case " They took your heart" lacks the requisite z sound at the end that allows the meme to be effectively used. Therefore, your claim must be summarily denied and I must rule in favor of Red Bull. However, if you can present a claim having the requisite z sound at the end, then you may file a new claim at that time.
