It's going to be a bust, right?

Probably. I'll see it just because my friend and I are always quoting from the first one.

Even if they nail the writing, acting, punch lines, humor, and story arch...

The first one just had a feel to it that I think is just as important on its own as all those other aspects are collectively. It just "felt" like the 90's (dat soundtrack)... and that kind of humor complimented its time period very well. Certainly the new one doesn't have to "feel" like the original... but I'm certain it is most of its charm and why we like it without realizing that part of it.

I don't think those of us who saw the original when it came out will be able to enjoy this one as much... going into it with expectations of how the first one made us "feel"... even if the Farrelly's (and aging actors) nail the rest of it.

They are so dumb. It's "two" or "too". "To" is just wrong!

Were you ready to jaw with someone over the Jaws sequels? Maybe ready to go to war over the Star Wars prequels?

It's going to be just as awesome as sequels to other great comedies such as Airplane, Caddyshack, and Ghostbusters.

See, the previews to me aren't even funny.  Haven't cracked a smile.  

The movie looks a lot to me like the three stooges from 2012

Jaws was sweet.. never seen the 17 sequels but I'm quite certain they aren't quite ready for Academy Award recognition..

never saw Star Wars.. if I did, I don't remember seeing it.
