Here's my quandary.

1) The meltdown now would be EPIC if they didn't get JesusHarbaugh.

Do I want that instant gratification or:

2) The ongoing dysfunction that will inevitably follow Harbaugh as he grates on everyone's nerves. I would be on him being fired or moving on by year 4.

So he is coming back? There definitely seems to be something going on in that direction, but it is hard to tell if it is legitimate talk or all just manufactured.

They seriously SERIOUSLY think he's coming. It's going to be so fucking glorious when he OKs that trade to take the Raiders job. Not because I'm scared of The Messiah, just because of the epic gut punch it will be to all of the mouth breathers who are believing unnamed hack sources that he is signed, sealed and delivered.

In all fairness, the complete lack of action in their search seems to suggest something. At the same time, a done deal would have broken by now. I am not sold on Harbaugh having dismissed UM but I think contact between both parties is more limited than what unaccountable sources are reporting.
