Yes.  It's going pretty well.  I am hesitant to gain fat so it's happening slower than it could, but I'm trying to walk that line between bulking up and slimming down I mean getting fat and it ain't easy.

So, we talking about a furry knit cap here or like an Under Armour skull cap? I've been known to wear the latter upon occasion. I always wear something to keep my hair out of my eyes, usually skulls wrap actually.

It's not gay - straight dudes call it SSA: Same Sex Attraction. Tito is living a normal heterosexual life with the companionship of a woman, as The Lord intended. I'll admit I've started wearing a Daniel-San style headband to keep my hair and sweat out of my face. I also work out at home though so I often am in my underwear. It's pretty hot.

I don't remember the last time that I've actually lifted an implement whose basic design was meant for exercise...

that said, I do wear a bandana some during the summer - usually either a) when running or b) when mowing the lawn of the Sakimano Estate or c) hangin' at an outdoor music show.. like you, helps keep the hair/sweat out of my eyes..

Notice how that last gentleman did not have the proper attire. It can make all the difference.

I wear either a Tigers or MSU ball cap when lifting. Before every lift I turn it around backwards like it's a switch and then I'm in the zone.
