Time to turn over the keys to Valentine

The team is playing too tight and needs to bring back a little Magic.

Valentine is one of best passers in B1G but we don't set him up for success.

I think him and Tum Tum at the point next year with Harris at the 2 would be ideas but j guess Harris is working at point

Izzo might be right that you can't make 3 stupid unforced turnovers a game, but I think he is going to do that regardless. We can't afford 20 useless possessions either.

It means dribble dribble dribble no look pass. Izzo doesn't understand him because he sees plays one step ahead of what he does. Izzo would have played Magic at forward.

It very well might end badly, but things are guaranteed to end badly if changes aren't made.
As they say, insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting the results to change.

DV's handle has been a major disappointment this season. He too often gets a case of Dawnsonitis to be the PG right now. Definitely needs to be a priority for him this summer.

The inability to adjust as the season goes on unfortunately has become a trend for us over the past 4 or 5 years.

Didn't we try this already and he dribbled it off his foot to basically end the game while trying to get the last shot off? I can't remember the game, but it was brutal. As said above, he doesn't have the handles to run the point full time. Great passer, and a good shooter, runs the floor well. but he needs a PG to play off of. I also don't think he makes the best decisions, which is indicated by him leading the team in turnovers.
