In 2014, you used a first round pick on a QB (Manziel).
In 2015, you want to trade 2 first round picks to get another QB.

Who's in charge of your draft room? Harbaugh?

They are buying draft picks by assuming Osweiler's contract.
Browns traded a 4th rounder this year for 2nd rounder next year and a 6th this year, oh, and Osweiler.

Actually seems like a smart move for the Browns (provided Brock never plays a snap for them). I'm sure the Texans are glad to be out from under that contract, but a second rounder seems like high price to pay for cap relief and no assets in return.

A lot of the things they do amuse me.
