This isn't a Mexican holiday. Last Friday was, with it being May Day, and they have about 8 other independence days, but today isn't one of them. This is an American-Mexican holiday.

Thought about hitting Oaxaca after work but figured they were probably overloaded with orders today. Maybe tomorrow.

With leftover Buscemi's to reheat on the pizza stone decided to hit my regular beer store for a 6 of Dos Equis Ambar and a bottle of Jose Quervo gold. Store owner enlightened me about tequila. Said there is a 4 digit number on each bottle which identifies which Mexican distillery it was produced at. He grabbed a bottle of 1800. Same number on the bottle (1122) as the Jose Cuervo I was purchasing. Decided to research when I got home.
