Nah, China White is a European/Asian situation... though I hear it makes an appearance in the pacific NW, Vancouver, etc. Lots of Asian gangs up yonder.

East Coast gets Colombian #4 up through DR (whom are the major suppliers around here so far as I can tell) to the NJ docks, bypassing the Mexican cartels although they're trying to corner that market, allegedly.

If they're coming into the NJ docks I would have to imagine the Italians still get a cut since they still have a presence there (though not anywhere near the power they had in the 70's and 80's).
