My wife wants to unlock her phone to send to her brother. It is going to SE Asia, for real, not some stupid Vietnam joke. AT&T is saying that the information isn't matching up and denying the request. Does she need to unlock the phone, or will it work over there anyway? She had a friend tell her that she might not need to unlock it. She needs to get it done by tomorrow night.
