Nowhere in the charter does it say you are required to confirm his intentions. 3 Gerontes have endorsed Trevor. Time to vote.

Moderator Elections – The sitting Board Steward will determine the number of moderators required for each forum. When a moderator position becomes available, the Gerousia will be called to nominate potential moderator candidates. A moderator does not necessarily have to be a member of the Gerousia but only Gerontes may nominate a candidate and you may not nominate yourself. Once three members of the Gerousia have endorsed a candidate (nominate, second, and third), the candidate will be proposed and a vote will be conducted. A moderator candidate requires a simple majority when half of the Gerousia is represented in the vote.

Moderators will serve a term of 6 months, and will then be automatically presented for revote. If the moderator does not gain the votes required to retain moderator status, they will be replaced by another via the established process. If no moderators can be found through the voting process, one will be appointed by the current Board Steward.

Edit: Well, I guess he has asked tBarnes if he would serve. It is his prerogative as SecGen as to whether or not we need confirmation that the candidate will server before posting the vote.

Why was a third forum tbob created? it undermines this whole website and should be deleted immediately.  It only proves the nay sayers points that it is a board created for the banned people.  Trevor being a mod on that laughable forum is even a bigger joke, this cannot be true.  This place is above that bull shit and stop bringing ties back to 247 sports. This place needs to form its own identity and enough of this horse shit.  Every one needs to stop sucking 247 sports dick, Trevor used to post on Rivals too after the split and now he hates that places guts.  It is what he does when he does not like a new competing website and he is only posting here to try to save face.  His nice posting here will soon turn into the same thing as it did with Rivals.

Better have a backup plan.  Bob tends to disappear for weeks at a time, and Trevor will probably actually never even go to the forum. So maybe three.

I don't really have a desire to be a mod.. especially of my own forum. And, yes, I do disappear for weeks at a time - leaving the country later this month and again (probably) toward the end of summer..
