Read the Charter to the very end. It's the username trick. I remember Trevor did that to every thread one time on the old board. I checked in and every thread had my name in it.

Meh. To me tRCMB has always been about the posters.

The writers on tRCMB have never done much for me.

I will most probably go wherever the highest quality posters are.

Can't predict the future but the fact that posters have more freedom here and the PC mod police isn't over moderating is good

I was never VIP, so not sure I can comment on the actual writing of the writers. I did find it comical that some recruiting posts would get deleted, so the writer(s) didn't appear to be getting scooped.

There was a minutes-old article on MLive about the same recruit, so I posted a link to the MLive article as the 1st reply to Dan K's thread. My post was deleted in about three minutes. Yeah they have to justify their existence and make it look like they are worth the subscription fees.

It's cool. I get it. Just not a fan. When you delete threads for the sole reason of protecting writers/articles that aren't bringing in value it is going to piss people off. In the end the consumer always wins which is one if the great things about America.

You don't need to subscribe to know that their content writers have sometimes not seen the players and teams they write about actually play. That is not unique to 247 though. I really do not get what drives people to subscribe to those sites. Considering Rivals and Scout (to a lesser degree) does 247 have growth potential?
