IF the Ford family refuses to sell.....let's see if old Martha really is in charge and wants to do things differently.

Fire Mayhew and Lewand, hire someone competent to run the team. Give them absolute control.

I think they need a complete burn down and rebuild - again. Ditch Stafford, CJ, Tate, Levy all of their supposed "skill" players. Abdullah and Van Noy 2 more wasted high draft picks. Abdullah was a turn over machine at NE, why would anyone think he would get better in the NFL?

Going forth all they should draft is linemen, line backers and secondary until they have a solid foundation. Then draft the qbs and skill position players.
