WTF is Game of the Week Matchup?

This is from ESPN, and ranks the games of the week, or gives the top 5.

According to ESPN, LSU vs Ole Miss is a better pregame matchup than MSU vs OSU. I don't even know what that means.
I see the argument for Baylor vs OKST, as that I believe is between two other top 10 teams.

Why do you hate fpi? I mean, it uses data that is ultimately pulled from people who make $30,000 a year by ranking 15 year olds ability to play football from 1 to 2000. With data that detailed it must be accurate!
