What is tSwill's official stance on sweater vests at work?

I think they are acceptable, but a full sweater is better. What does tSwill say?

Acceptable only if your dress shirt is rumpled. I'm guessing Rexrode wears a lot of sweater vests.

That looks like the casual answer to the suit with shorts. I'd pass on wearing either. Besides, my legs are way better looking.
