Suggestion for poster gHost

A lot of people ask for legal advice on the message boards, or at least ask for advice or information that would be best provided by a lawyer. It's my understanding that you are a pretty well respected lawyer in the SW United States. Any chance you start a thread where you field legal questions? I am thinking a once a week thread for 60 minutes. You know, something "Wednesdays with gHost" where you take questions about the law. This would really help a lot of people. You can chalk it up as service to community, too.

Good poster. Seems like a damn good dude.

That said, I would never confuse him for someone of whom I'd seek serious legal advice.

Why not? After the way he handled cases against Avon Barksdale's crew, gHost looks solid. Not gHost's fault those dudes got sloppy.

"Let's all ****!" might be the best and worst legal advise. This could really be hit or miss.

It will be both. Some weeks a hit and some weeks a miss. I am sure there can be a disclaimer that he is not accountable for his advice.

Do people here really need legal advice that often?

Example:

I've been laundering money from my office for about 15 years. I've been able to purchase boats, a new pool, and put my first kid though college because of my transgressions. But I think the jig is up. Some snoopy secretary has been going through my files and keeps saying things like "Jesus! Jesus Christ!", and "This bastard is stealing money." Maybe I'm just crazy.
What do you think I should do? Slide a note under my bosses door confessing to everything? Flee to Mexico? Or keep things status quo?"

How is that not sound advice given that scenario?
