A Brief History of the Chickpea
You probably didn't know the chickpea is also known as the garbanzo bean. Now, you do!

Same here. So happy I live in a place where there are plenty of choices for middle eastern and Mediterranean dishes.
*It should also be noted that anyone on a blood thinner should avoid the chickpea due to its high vitamin K count.
