apparently, he's his fully grown man who goes to sporting events dressed in a mask and costume.. totally normal, well-adjusted, and secure. So much so that he is featured in a South Park episode..

^ - The wall was classic.   My favorite of the season however, and one of my favorite TV episodes of all time was "The City Part of Town".

Hilarious and absolutely brilliant satire.
