Wait, he got charged for trying to clean his gun at home?

BTW, don't know much about guns but I feel like the first step in the cleaning process should be to take the bullets out.

Poor guy didn't know how to operate/own a firearm properly.

I don't agree with charging him. He shot himself, that's the punishment.

i agree. That year plaxico did in jail was complete bs as well.
