Here are a few more from the STL Final Four and a random pic of Better than Ezra. They were doing a concert on some lawn. Are they cool? I have no idea. I am not much of a music guy.

mean, granted.. we have even got near the Final Four again in women's hoops.. but at least we don't have to put up with the stress of championship games.
he's an interesting cat.. very bright, very smart but always had this sketchy wild-eyed look about him. He was a good 'ol southern boy at heart. Their son and my daughter (sorry For bin) were pals in school when they still lived here.

The latest version of Busch Stadium being built in 2005. Kind of bummed they didn't open the season at home that year because I could have gone to the previous Busch Stadium in its final year.

How did you end it? A giant pile of Moose shit on the floor?
Actually there were a lot of Tennessee fans there, and they were kind of creepy truthfully. I bet DWags would have fought them.

I must say I was a little creeped out when you started videotaping me, but I don't think the red record light was on.Robert J Sakimano wrote:yeah that was great.. that was just before I trimmed my beard into a more-acceptable goatee and increased my protein intake in hopes of getting invited to tRCMB tailgate.Giant Moose wrote:This was in St. Louis, the first time I met Bob.

Later on, I went out in public dressed up like a super hero and posed for pictures with little kids.

don't let his casual demeanor fool you... the guy on the far right in the middle row - Elrid Kirkwood Langsworth - had an ankle-breaking cross-over and more than once posterized opposing players with his explosive quickness and ability to slash through the lane.

Very thankful for youtube to allow me to relive those memories. When that game happened in real time I was anything but calm. I wonder how far Iowa St. would have made it if they hadn't lost that one.

I don't know how they would have handled Bennett's defense. If they got past Wiscy, I don't think Florida would have been much of a problem.

As long as you weren't doing it for the attention and to get on ESPN College GameDay then it's OK in my book.Robert J Sakimano wrote:that was actually the least creepy thing I did that day.Giant Moose wrote:

I really thought we had that game in 2005. Damn. That atmosphere was so good. I really wish the Big Ten could have won it all. I did sell my final tickets for a good bit of money to an Illini fan, but damn that is still upsetting.

It would suck to become a meme from something you did at a game. That stuff is forever.Robert J Sakimano wrote:every time I see this nice young lady, I am reminded with great fondness the time I spent on the banks of the Red Cedar.. This 8 minutes still causes chills, although the further away from it we get, the more the comments from the broadcasters and post-game with Earvin and Jud sound like something out of Key & Peele or a Will Ferrell movie.
