It's time. Off season is here. The two years are up. You should be comfortable with:

1. HTML
2. CSS
3. Javascript
4. Not banning people, even though you really, REALLY, want to (until the charter is changed/abolished).

You should also have a reasonable amount of spare time available for the actual administration of the board. It's not a huge commitment, but it's not nothing either.
