First one was awesome. I probably saw it a dozen times at the theater as a kid. Second one blew chunks. Third was solid. There was a fourth?

Fourth was Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Karen Allen back as Marion.

No I'm certain they only made three Indy movies. I would remember a fourth one.

YW. Those are some mansions, eh? (Although the owners called them cottages.)

The last time I was there, about 5 years ago, there were a half dozen cars parked in front of one of the mansions still being used as a full-time residence. Total value had to be $750,000. I found it pretty impressive. You would've lifted your chin and sniffed at them.

They never show the sub going completely underwater. He could have hung out on top of the conning towertGreenWay wrote:HOW DOES INDY GET INTO THE SUBMARINE? HOW?

The Nazis had a long trip ahead of them. It would have been very inefficient to not go deep. The Germans aren't an inefficient people.

Maybe a better question is how did they get the crate with the Ark in the sub? Have been on a couple WW2 era subs...neither had an opening even close to big enough for that crate. Torpedoes were loaded through a small hatch, on a low angle down a ramp.tGreenWay wrote:The Pantry wrote:They never show the sub going completely underwater. Back to the movie: The Germans had to keep the crate on the topside of the sub above water for the trip.

Is that how they impregnate submarines? You know, artificial insubmination?

Unpossible. Nothing I've experienced sexually is memorable.

It would have been awesome if they had made on in say 1997. Ford could have made that instead of that bad IRA movie "The Devil's Own". Connery was still active too.
They could have teamed up against the Nazis in their desperate attempt to find some artifact that would let them win WWII. Movie ends with the Allied invasion of Normandy.
