Blanch has lost it. I know this will be useless. But I'll give it one shot. Then, he'll reply like the idiot he is, but at least I can say I gave it a shot.

Blanch, if you know about a crime, and you do nothing, you are just as guilty. You don't have to actually stick your penis in the kid, or put your fingers in an unconscious girl. If you know about it, have first hand knowledge and do nothing, besides being morally wrong, in many cases you can be arrested and are just as guilty as the criminal.
