Swill psa: simpleton logic
Since this place is back to being the blanch board given my surge in popularity upon my return, I thought I'd issue so psa s to better enjoy this site.
First up is the term simpleton. You will see if use it a lot here. Just to clear up confusion and educate the masses I'll give an example from 247 as to not hurt anyone here's feelings.

Re: Swill psa: simpleton logic
This week the psu court docs were released, and it wasnto good for them especially JoePed.
The simpleton argument is this: since so my asst coaches were aware, and nothing happened, JoePed must also be molesting kids.
That is simpleton, because it's so narrow minded, and impossible since of the 37 victims no one else has named any one else but Sandusky. Let alone Joe Pedro.
In short, if a=b, do not immediately assume a also equals c.
Hope this helps. The more you know....

WTF?
Blanch has lost it. I know this will be useless. But I'll give it one shot. Then, he'll reply like the idiot he is, but at least I can say I gave it a shot.
Blanch, if you know about a crime, and you do nothing, you are just as guilty. You don't have to actually stick your penis in the kid, or put your fingers in an unconscious girl. If you know about it, have first hand knowledge and do nothing, besides being morally wrong, in many cases you can be arrested and are just as guilty as the criminal.
O.K., back to your fantasy world.

Dwags. I'm not talking about harbingering a fugitive and whatnot. Instead, 247 simpletons are arguing that JoePed also fucked kids, which is redic and the very definition of simpleton.
....however you're arguing that knowledge of a crime is the same as commitng it, is another great simpleton logic example.

When you are at work, you may be subject to state and federal laws that impose certain reporting obligations that do not apply to the general public. If you work in a field covered by extensive government regulation, such as health care and education, it’s highly likely that you have some mandatory reporting duties. Governments typically enact such laws to protect persons who may be particularly vulnerable, such as children, the disabled, and the elderly. And some professionals have mandatory reporting requirements even where no vulnerable victims are involved. For example, environmental crimes like mishandling hazardous waste and financial crimes like money-laundering typically require witnesses to report what they know.
Also, could you link the people who are posting that Joe raped kids too? Thanks

This example is perjury or a cover up. Very different than merely having knowledge

So, let's say someone says "i don't date fat women". We shouldn't take that literally, correct? It might mean anything from "I'll definitely date chubbies if they show interest in me" to "hell I'll date anything breathing, have you looked at me lately?"
I'm just pulling an example out of the air here and it doesn't have anything to do with anybody on this board.

What if said person looks like he's pushing 50 when he's really in his 30's? Should he be dating 50 year olds so it doesn't look weird?
