Old. You aren't even 30 yet. However, lots of people in their mid-to-upper 20s start to slow down on their late night boogie scene and get tired sooner. Part of it is all the added responsibilities like jobs, kids, spouses, etc. Then there's the eureka moment most of us have when we realize we don't like waking up hungover and that there's something we can do to make them go away. And of course, bodies do undergo changes in that period.
Don't worry, though, because you haven't even come close to peaking sexually.
