Duffy? What's your take on this place?

That place was sloppy and the place to be before you had a fake ID.

I think if they paid 647k they are going to get killed.

The location has never really worked.

The concept is proven so we shall see. They better come out rockin because the honeymoon is almost always brief.

Great location so long as you know where it is.

I'm no bar location expert but when the best directions include another restaurant with a liquor license like turn at The Steakhouse Philly I agree with Duffy on the price.

This location is actually better than where green dot is. Need lots of parking. And nobody eats just one slider. Minimum three. With beers, two more.

Not focused on bar crowd but food crowd. Try to get in at green dot on any random Saturday afternoon and you will see the difference.

Yeah, it's got to be that. Still, that's a lot to pay for that building in that location.

Is that the club by the red cedar golf course?

agree that's outrageous and a bad location unless Eastside Lansing has solved the drug and prostitution issue and is booming now unlike 10 years ago.
