From what I have read on the interwebs lately, this is no big deal.

Coach D has lost it, has no passion for the job, has no clue how to assemble a competent staff and it's utterly clueless when it comes to selecting a QB.

I agree with Doc and KL - we would hire Fleck then.

I don't think CoachD to ND is completely loony. He's a devout Catholic that wins and runs a clean program. That's got to be a pretty attractive package for ND right now.

Remember when everyone wanted Fontes fired? My favorite memory of him was when he was being interviewed after clinching the division (I think in '91) and he lit up a victory cigar on air. Fun times to be a Lions fan back then.

Dantonio is retiring a Spartan. Fleck is a mac level spaz coach that will not have success at the next level.

My thoughts. I'm sticking with them.

I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.....but I'd take Fleck over Herman today. We'll see how that looks in 5 years.
