I hope his career isn't over. It's very obvious now that these were false allegations and the only thing he's guilty of is cheating on his wife, something 60% of spouses do, and probably 99.9% of NBA players.

The first time he was in court over this the judge dismissed the case, then seriously admonished the prosecutor for even trying it. Then when the dismissal was appealed it was quickly dismissed once again. There is such a lack of evidence in the case it can't even get far enough to along to issue an acquittal.
