Russia decries "threat" as U.S. troops roll into Poland

WARSAW, Poland -- American soldiers rolled into Poland on Thursday, fulfilling a dream Poles have had since the fall of communism in 1989 to have U.S. troops on their soil as a deterrent against Russia.

and Vlad's cronies don't sound too happy.

“We perceive it as a threat,” President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. “These actions threaten our interests, our security.”

I'm guessing that Cheeto Hitler - the admitted sexual predator - will ride in on his white horse (covered in prostitute urine) - after his inauguration and save the day....

I'm not a Trump supporter, but why didn't President Obama just let this slide another eight days?  Trying to stir things up for tDonald?

Possibly anticipating Russia making moves in Poland once Putin's buddy takes over. If Obama puts the troops in, then in order for Putin to go in, either he would have to get Trump to pull the troops (thereby exposing Trump's fealty to Putin, if it exists), or he would have to risk direct combat with US troops, which one would hope he's not willing to do at this point.

This should have happened a long time ago. Like back when Russia first invaded Ukraine. Now it's just political theater. Ok, not JUST theater, but it's one final fuck you from Obama to Putin.
