Demand Protest, a San Francisco company that bills itself as the “largest private grassroots support organization in the United States,” posted identical ads Jan. 12 in multiple cities on Backpage.com seeking “operatives.”

The Demand Protest website was registered in December. It claims many successful paid protests. I am certain this is a right wing plant to delegitimize legitimate protest.

Is anyone trying to imply paid protesters are not regularly bused in to cities to cause trouble? SEIU, for one, does it regularly.

Are you saying nobody has been applying for a job that pays 2,500 per month to travel around the country and protest shit?

SEIU is the least American organization going in this country, They make the UAW look like the John Birch Society. They are not all about helping workers, they're all about the leadership helping themselves get rich and spending lot's of other people's money on politics.

My wife was visiting NYC a while back and was in the Penn Station area. She was handed a flyer offering pay to show up to protest the police/Eric Garner. I'm still irritated she threw it out.
