What to do in Columbus?
I'll be in Buckeye town for a couple of days this week. I already plan on checking out OSU's campus, and have also had multiple people tell me to visit their zoo, but I'm open to suggestions tSwill has to offer, whether they be serious or sarcastic.

Check out German Village just south of the downtown. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks.

Cocaine and hookers?
Get money, **** bitches?
Check out a Blue Jackets game. Rick Nash is one of the more exciting players in the NHL.

Don't assume that the Michigan State decal on your car is enough for them to not confuse you with a Michigan fan.
Look out for lunatics vandalizing your car and writing something derogatory about the University of Michigan on it just because you have a car with a Michigan license plate.

I won't have any MSU signage on my car, as I don't feel like dealing with overzealous cops, or, as you said, fans vandalizing it. I'm also told I can't go a mile over the speed limit, otherwise I'll get ticketed.
As for Nigel thinking he's funny(What a shock), I said I've had some friends tell me to check it out. Seeing as I'll be on my own, I'm open to any suggestions to keep me occupied.

They are more likely to confuse your Michigan State Rose Bowl shirt as a Michigan Rose Bowl shirt and start telling you that Hoke, U of M, Gardner, etc. suck.CrazySparty wrote:

To be fair, they don't give a damn for the "whole state of Michigan"

Glue quarters to the ground outside the entrance of the Horseshoe and Value City arena. Go back in season and watch the pileups.

An adult male cruising a zoo all by himself won't look suspicious at all. You should do it, but bring your camera and take lots of pics of kids having fun.

After the zoo, you could cruise a few miles down sawmill and get some delicious pizza at chuck e cheese.

I always like to keep it fun, dress up like a clown, and just drive around when I'm down there. If you have time, check out the middle and lower elementary school buildings that are around the older part of Columbus. Some of the early architecture is stunning. You can usually get a great deal on a car rental if you're willing to make due with the all white van w/o windows. have fun!

You should go. I mean...your friends suggested it...
Don't let some anonymous internet posters making fun of you influence your decisions.

I'm not worried. He's the one driving to the zoo in a white van, by himself, toting a camera, dressed as a clown.

+1. That looks awesome and deadly at the same time.
After looking at their menu, I'm thinking a Bacon Burger fully dressed with an egg.
