Good. All those Trump voters driving big ass pick up trucks will have to spend a higher proportion of their fixed income on gas.

Re: Fill 'er Up TODAY
Used to be that they would up the gas price by 10 cents near the end of the week and then slowly bring it back down over the next week. Then it went to 25 cents with two weeks to bring it back down. Now they're jumping it by 50 cents and bringing it back down over three or four weeks. Probably won't be long before they jump it $1 and bring it back down over a couple of months.

Its going to be a balancing act.
The major foreign oil producers including Russia and Iraq have agreed to cut back production but they have to find the sweet spot that doesn't kick in too much US domestic production which played a big part in driving prices down.

Still $2.10-$2.18 in my neck of the woods. No alerts about price increase in the near future.

People have these things called jobs. Many people use them to get to jobs. You need a job so you can buy meals of food and things of that nature. Get a job you jackwagon. And stop touching yourself at night.

Hey OTPT....you should be checking for a rent break.
Metro Denver apartment rents drop for second quarter
Average rents decreased and vacancy rates increased in all six of the metro counties covered in the survey, which is the most comprehensive available with 120,000 units measured.
“In 2010, only 498 new apartment units were built in the entire city. Fast forward to 2016 and we’re seeing that same number being delivered every three weeks in Denver,” Teo Nicolais, a Harvard University instructor who specializes in real estate, said in the report.
Nicolais counted 9,962 new units coming into the market in 2016, the highest total ever constructed in metro Denver in a year.
Memo to California: This is what happens when you let builders build.

Hmm. Good to know. Moving into a house with some bros soon and my rent is going down. Can it go down more? I would like that.
