Roy Bittan has always been an integral part of the E Street Band.. has also shown up on a lot of other great artists work - Seger (Roll Me Away), Stevie Nicks, Jackson Browne, Dire Straits, Lucinda Williams.

but, yes., The Professor's work on Backstreets, Jungleland, Thunder Road.. the 3 minute coda on Racing in the Street is worth the price of admission alone.
