You should stick around more. This place is tons better than that other place. More of a homey feel than a corporate cleansed feel. You should come to Kendall to check out tacos and tattoos. This place is like tacos and tattoos instead of taco bell.

I miss the sandbar too. With the wife working most Saturdays and Kyle in swim on Saturday morning it just became tough. Hopefully this year I can make a couple games. We're moving this summer to Miami lakes, so maybe I can catch a ride with Miami.

Sweet! I've lived there 17 years (fuck, that makes me sound old), but don't think I've ever seen an MSU license plate, shirt, or hat in the immediate area. So this represents a 100% increase in the MSU Alumni population in a 2-3 mile radius.

Although I've lived in Kendall for the last 10 years or whatever it is, that area definitely seems more high density. I guess I just live in a somewhat open area of Kendall. Does anyone speak English up there? I'll miss the greenway, but gladly trade it for a bigger house and a small pool.

It's very heavily Hispanic, but most still speak English, except for the elderly. At least that's been my experience.

And except for the Sedano's. Don't let them fool you. They put all of their signs in the store in English, so you can find which row whatever groceries you want are in, but good luck at the Deli, or if you need any help with something. I don't think I've ever found a worker there that speaks English. I'm glad there's a Publix there, too.
