I haven't had a taco, burrito, nachos in a long time but I was never a fan of any of them. I would do a case-uh-dilla every once in a while. There I said it.

Went with a chorizo and black bean burrito tonight...very good. Weighed the thing when I got home...over a pound and half. Only ate about half of it...the rest is lunch tomorrow.

A couple other things about this date.

Bought my first new car 35 years ago today. The new style Z28. Snowed 8" two days later and couldn't get the thing out of the driveway.

Got certificate of occupancy on the home I general contracted in 1993. House wasn't finished because the driveway and sidewalk couldn't be poured that early in the season but I had a temp driveway put in to get it the CO. Was important to get the cert because of capital gains tax I'd have had to pay if it had taken a couple more days. Was a huge pita building through the winter after breaking ground around Thanksgiving the previous year, while working my day job. Plus our 3rd kid was born in the middle of all of it.
