Honestly based on that UofM game where their lb got ejected for coming down with the crown of his helmet it probably should have been reviewed. The UofM player there was enough footage where it sure did look like he dropped intentionally. I've had no problems with refs ejecting our players in the past for targeting/helmet to helmet hits. The game is so brutal you have to do it. I can't tell based on this footage if the hit was egregious or if he was tripped up.

Also, let's not forget the UofM player that drilled a Spartan helmet to helmet on a kick return and he got away with it. That hit was egregious, it was dangerous and it was reviewed later and missed.
