Omelettes; simple but phenomenal! Empty Omelettes; simple but phenomenal!

Are Omelettes the ultimate food item? Nutritious. Delicious. Versatile.

Just had a spinach and cheddar omelette. But the combinations are endless. Tomato. Green pepper. Onion. Bacon. Sausage. Ham. Gyro. Spinach. Any combination. All of them. You can't go wrong.

One minor nitpick, I prefer the places that mix the items into the eggs before cooking rather than the places that wrap the items inside of the cooked omelette.

Hmmm...if I remember correctly, Bob loves eggs. Or was it that he hated eggs. I'm not sure now...

Mixing before cooking is not just a matter of preference, it depends on the ingredients. Some can be mixed in easily before cooking, some should be "stuffed". I have perfected the art of omelette making to the point of astonishing those lucky enough to observe the process.

Who doesn't love a delicious egg pancake? Stuff it with cheese, fresh veggies, your favorite meat; yummy.

Semantics. Omelettes are generally stuffed. Once things are blended in with raw eggs it becomes more of a frittata IMO

Never thought of it before. I think the issue here is the number of eggs? Generally an omelette is 3-4 eggs. While most people only eat 2 fried eggs.

I love eggs anyway I can get them. But prefer either over easy (the snottier the better!), or scrambled/omelette. Oh and I love me some hard-boiled eggs too.
