Mostly Cuban and middle class? The HS isn't in an area that is outstanding for anything. Apparently its a couple miles from my work, but its outside Coral Gables and west of the Palmetto, but east of the Turnpike. It is a very unremarkable part of Miami.

Oh we're going through this with an 8 year old. I can't imagine not being able to swim at 8. She can't ride a bike either! My kid ain't gonna be like that.

I was horrible at starting to ride a bike - I think I started on one that was too big. I'll bet I fell 150 times.

And that was pretty much how my Dad taught us to swim, lol.....he was a big believer in concentrating the mind.
