Cell Phone plans...

Seeing 4 lines for $100 a bunch.

Anyone have this?

Looks like Cricket, MetroPCS and Boost.

Any opinions about those?

I'v got Total Wireless, they sell a $95/month plan for 4 phones + tax. You have to buy your phones or bring them over. Works on Verizon network. Been with them for a couple years now with no problems.

I have Verizon. One of their unlimited plans. The bill comes and I pay it.

I have no idea what plan I have, who it's with, how much it costs or what it offers.

You're welcome. I have cousin that is always chasing a better deal. The amount of time he spends worrying about his cell costs is worth way more than the few coins he saves by hopping around.

Canada, data was non-existent, cell service was also the same way. Other places not too bad, I'm used to slow speeds in the St Johns area, seems like metro areas are a lot faster.

Nah, Verizon is competitive.

I've stuck with them for over a decade because up here no one else has the coverage they do. $45 a line for complete unlimited, a steal compared to years ago.

LWS your cousin that's cheap sounds cool. I'm pro saving money and really cheap. Can you find out from him what's the best deal?

He does Cricket wireless now. It must suck to be broke. He also has an outdoor wood boiler installed at his house and now spends every hour he isn't working or sleeping, gathering wood. The 3 minutes a week he doesn't spen gathering wood he spends bragging about how much money in propane he's saving.

I love chopping wood, but fuck that. I've got family members that have boilers...gotta feed the boiler in the middle the night, gotta get someone to feed your boiler when your gone, gotta go pick up wood from some rando 100 miles away. We left Verizon over two years ago and switched to Straight Talk. Phones and service were great, but the customer service is piss-poor. I'll take the $ hit and we went back to Verizon last month when they were running the BOGO on iPhone XRs.

Had ATT most of the past 20 years with a couple experiences with Sprint mixed in that went bad. Looked into Verizon a few times but they were always overpriced...sort of the Comcast of mobile service.

Very happy with ATT service and support.

I'm currently on a straight talk test. Going on three months, byop, so far I'm very happy. $45 month, 10 gigs data.

We have Verizon too. We both have iPhone 6s which were paid off long ago and I think my bill is just under $90 for my wife and I. We only have 4 gigs to split but that's plenty as we both have wifi at work. Don't know if I'm getting ripped off, but it works for us.

AT&T will put a fake 5G logo on its 4G LTE phones
