Could Ward make it to the NBA this year? He's been tearing it up in the paint. His shot looks pretty bad. He's definitely made huge improvements and is running the floor really well. As of now one more year doesn't seem impossible unless he picks up his shooting a lot from now to the end of the year.

Ball handling, passing, shooting, defense. He's not gonna be an NBA rim protector, he plays below the rim too much, and I don't see him being able to switch on to NBA caliber guards and wings. He just doesn't fit with the modern pace-and-space NBA. If he was 3 inches taller, he'd have a better chance. Not too many 6'8" traditional centers in the NBA these days.
