I was wondering if anyone has heard from him?

He asked to be permanently banned for whatever reason - not sure what happened after that. Can't imagine why you would advocate to be permanently banned, versus just deciding to never post again.

Here's a rough time line of Bill's life -

Went to Michigan State

Had a mental break down there

Got into sales

Had to quit for un-known reasons

Had troubles going back to Michigan State. Painful memories that he was repressing would come back.

Started to have women interested in him again.

Revealed 'People say I remind them of Sebastian Maniscalco '

Asked to be perma banned.

Anyone have any other details that I missed.
