Pretty much if you are a prominent poster, minus goodbar and am wood, it means that you have probably pissed some people off over the years, and are not a good candidate for mod. Examples include myself, ghost, pulling, tanner, and blanch, Bob, cym. Posters like heat and SRC have kind of flew under the radar and would be perfect mods.
