Tampa is stupid. Does anyone realize the main reasons some of these college coaches are so dominant is because they have incredible recruiting advantages and coach at a school with plenty of resources. If I was Kelly I'd take the gig.

In a lot of ways, I can't blame a coach for testing the NFL waters. Sure, its a different game and good coaches struggle (Spurrier, Saban) but there are success stories (Pete Carroll)...

No babysitting, no recruiting, no shady alumni/Friends of the Program..

Most of us have more love for the college game, Gameday, the atmosphere, etc - so we might not "get it". But from a purely empirical standpoint, go for it. They can always come back to the college game.

I mean he did ok with Matt Ryan at Atlanta. But I’m not sure many coaches want to work with Rodgers. Especially with what was said about him rolling his eyes at McCarthy’s play Calling during games.
