Turtle Soup

Two 64 oz cans of tomato juice
At least one pound turtle meat
2 bags froz veggies - one pound bags
Half head of cabbage
Chicken broth
Salt, pepper, spices

Take turtle meat and I salt pepper and use Italian spices (oregano, garlic, etc) just a bit (sorry just sort of sprinkle but not too much) on it. Then cover with water and at least 32 ounces of chicken broth in your big pot - bring to boil and then simmer for at least 2 hours til you can cut pieces with fork

Chop cabbage

Add all other ingredients to soup pot
B‎ring to boil then simmer for couple hours. If it is too tomatoey add more chicken broth.
