IDK, Seems like kind of a shit thing to do. If you really are not guilty, you'd have to go through the expense of paying a lawyer for a trial. If you sit there in court and admit to it, even if you aren't guilty, everyone thinks you are. (shit, I know he is,but whatever)

Prostitution solicitation charges would be dropped if he admits he'd have been found guilty
