I'd never heard of him before the Stormy Daniels thing, but have seen him involved in multiple high publicity things lately. Just seems to be trying way to hard for celebrity lawyer status, and may have taken his efforts too far in this case.

There was like one week where I thought he would be a viable presidential candidate. Shortly after that he made an embarrassing offer to Don Jr. to have an MMA cage fight for charity. It was all down hill from there.

I'm sure Saint Rat Face will be portrayed as the angel who rescued a dirty recruit from the clutches of a corrupt program and rescued him. Turns out there might be a rea$on why 7’ center Brandon McCoy went to UNLV. I really wanted to see that guy play for MSU. He’s mentioned in an Avenatti tweet. Since he didn’t play for the good guys, I stopped paying attention to McCoy. He played one season in LV, then declared but went undrafted. He’s been cut by two NBA teams and is now on his third, playing in the G League. What a waste. Dude could’ve learned a ton from Izzo and be playing in the Sweet 16 right now, then move onto a solid pro career.

If I'm a one and done player going to a school for six months I would shop myself on the open market and play for whoever could pay me the most. Scholarship doesn't mean shit to me if I'm going for six months. 12-15 credit hours is worthless to me.

Shoe companies have been funneling money to players for a long time. I don't doubt they got a little sloppy.

Nike pulled sponsorship from a team. The guy got pissed, and thinks he's going to burn Nike. They should have just paid the guy off.

In the long run, it's all kind of meaningless. Won't hurt their business at all.
