So believe it or not, I’m not a doctor. But yesterday I told my smart ass know it all pre med girl that “I bet he ruptures it tonight. She says to me that they have the state of the art MRI stuff and best doctors and if they green light him he’s fine. I said game movements and stops and starts are way different and more intense than practice and he’s going into a championship game after 32 days. I meant he’s rupture his calf muscle not the Achilles but I was kind of right. Don’t know if it was related but I feel both bad and smart today. And yes I told my smart ass daughter I told you so. She rolled her eyes. Like WBH I feel sick for him. He did this for his team.

Regarding Durant he laid his ass on the line and unlikely Warriors win last night without him. Hated to see it happen and I wish him a speedy recovery.

I catch the highlights usually.. I can't/refuse to stay up late. But a game 7, I would definitely consider it. There going to need some offense out of him if they want to pull this off.
Can't help but think, the difference between good and great is very small. Warriors have been great for a while, but seems like they're just a bit past the their peak. Like Curry looking as if his legs weren't quite there in the second half on a lot of those missed shots. Hell, Warriors (esp Curry) have played a hell of a lot of minutes over the past 6-7 years. Age is undefeated.

I saw NY Daily News SportsWriter arguing that Draymond's block was just as epic as Lebron's block on Iguedala in the finals.I'm biased and all for elevating the legacy of Draymond. I do buy into it that Lowry had a good look at the basket and Draymond could have saved the series by getting his hand on the ball. The way he played off Gasol's screen to get over there was outstanding defense. I think it was hard to appreciate it in the moment because in real time it just looked like Lowry got off a terrible shot.

MCL I think. Acl treats are usually when the knee buckles forward. Mcl is side to side. I think. Anyway, I still have a screw in my knee.

Fully healthy GS sweeps Toronto. Congrats Canada, though. VanVleet is legitimately their second best player.

I think GS offers KD the super max and he re-signs. I think Klay will need major knee surgery. My biggest question is can they be healthy for the playoffs next year? I would think good chance for Klay. Probably not so much for KD.

I think KD could be back on the floor for the WCF and finals. Probably not 100% considering the time off, but healthy and still skilled as fuck.
No idea about Klay, but he's a tough motherfucker.

I think he will have multiple max offers despite the injury. It would be nice to have the luxury of 30+ million to fall back on, but I think he's still got almost every option available to him, he's that good.
