I played radio with this guy’s son, who was a heck of a nice guy. Hyper as hell (which is a good thing in radio), and would give you the shirt off his back if he thought it would help. I heard the tub in the lake story many times.

I was his stand-in for camera shots and lighting purposes. I went on to wear a turtleneck (in hindsight, a horrible decision) and coach at um.
