I believe Miguel Carberea is Venezuelan.

I have eaten there a handful of times. Their bread is addicting. I could make a meal out of it. The most comparable thing is olive garden, which I think it's better than that.

White trash? Maybe. Who cares.

Nah. I don't have to eat at a 5 star restaurant every time we go out to enjoy a good meal. In fact I prefer value to "status" when it comes to eating out on a given Saturday night. I liked the Macaroni Grille here in GR better than Carrabas and both of them ended up closing. The Carrabas is now a Buddy's Pizza though. Solid trade.

I prefer Los Pollos Hermanos. The chicken is to die for. Great management.
